Submit a request through our support email or our Freshdesk ticket system and include the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used for the order
Our team will review your request and confirm if the order can be canceled.
Important:
Orders can only be canceled before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
