How Quickly Will My Item Be Processed & Shipped?

  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days, and often within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information (when available). You can also log into your account at any time to view your order status.


  • Please note: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. observed holidays.


  • If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once all items are available. Estimated ship dates for pre-order items are listed on the product page—please review this information before placing your order. Due to ongoing supply chain constraints, pre-order release dates may change.



  • If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.


  • International orders may require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. This allows us to offer discounted international rates through a postal partner using weekly batch shipments.


  • All orders ship from the Bit Bot Media warehouse located in Southeast Iowa. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout, allowing you to choose your preferred shipping method (such as First-Class or Priority Mail). Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option selected.
